Sometimes it can be hard to find information about Commercial Finance online. Although generally higher, often the interest rates and terms are not set in stone and can be negotiated. Commercial loans generally cover properties like Warehouses, Office Space, Factories and Retail Space. Some things to consider when looking at a commercial loan:

What LVR are you wanting to borrow?

Depending on the lender, we can usually finance up to 75% of the value of the property.

What Security are you offering?

Do you want the finance secured against the commercial property alone or include a residential property? Some lenders will allow a residential property to be used as security, allowing them to offer cheaper rates, increased loan term and higher lending.

Where is the property located?

Depending on the security, some lenders may want to lend less on the value of the commercial property if it is in a high risk location

What features are you wanting on the loan?

This can play a large role in the suitability of the loan. Are you wanting a redraw facility? Do you want Principal & Interest or Interest Only repayments? What loan term are you wanting?
